The Circle rate of properties in Delhi depend on various factors like:
(A) Market value of the Locality/ Area
(B) Facilities available in the area
(C) Category type of the area for example under-developed area will have lesser Circle rate as it will categorized in lower categories whereas a Posh locality will have a higher circle rate and will be categorized in the top categories.
(D) Property type whether it is Residential or Commercial. For example Commercial Properties have higher Circle value than a Residential Property.
(E) Also in case of Flats or apartments either built by any Govt body such as DDA or by any private builder, the circle rates vary.
Mostly these factors affect the Circle rate of localities in Delhi. And basis these factors only the Localities are classified into 8 groups, from A to H.So, the areas with the highest values fall under category A whereas the areas with the lowest value fall under category H.
How to Calculate the Circle Rate in Delhi?

1) Check whether the property is residential or commercial.
2) Then, kindly check whether it is a builder floor, an apartment/ flat, anindependent house/ bungalow or just a plotetc..
